Works as advertised

You not only have to download the two free apps that are listed on the bottom of the app screen but you also have to RUN those apps. After that the backup button works and sends a file to your email with your contacts list. Clicking on that file in your email when checked from your phone then restores all your contacts. Was so happy it worked after iTunes deleted all of them, thank you.
